Aim: This kick-off meeting aims to bring the community together. We invite the different groups to present their work.

Where: Room 008 in the Mathematics Department building at Pontdriesch 14-16 in 52062 Aachen.

Accommodation: The full address of the hotel is Hotel ibis Hauptbahnhof Aachen, Zollernstrasse 2, 52070 Aachen and the expenses are covered by the organisers for participants with reserved rooms by the organisers. The breakfast is included. When you come out of the main building of the train station please turn right and go along Römerstrasse for 350 meters. Please turn left at "Kurbrunnen Apotheke" into Wilhelmstrasse. After 100 meters you see the ibis hotel on the right sight.
Please note that our Workshop will take place in the Mathematics Department building at Pontdriesch 14-16 in 52062 Aachen. You can reach it best by bus (or by walking, approx. 25 minutes). From hotel to the workshop you can take the bus at the stop Normaluhr (in front of the hotel) to Driescher Gässchen (50 meters of the workshop). Please take line 77 (Aachen, Richterich Siedlung Schönau), 13b (Aachen, Ponttor), 33 (Vaals, Heuvel) or 27 (Herzogenrath, Kohlscheid Bank Bachstraße).

Travel support:  Travel support may be available for young researchers (PhD-students and Post-docs) upon request.

​

Fees: The participation to the conference is free of charge, but registration is required.

 

Deadline: July 24 2017We keep it simple, there is only one deadline for everything:

  • The the cost for accommodation will be covered for registrations prior to July 24 2017.

  • Deadline for abstract submission is July 24 2017.

  • Young researcher travel awards are only considered for registrations prior to July 24 2017.
