Oberwolfach Seminar for Early-Career Researchers (November 22–27, 2026)

We are organizing the Oberwolfach Seminar
Numerics for Evolutionary PDEs: From Nonlinear Parametrizations to Time Integration
November 22–27, 2026 at the Mathematisches Forschungsinstitut Oberwolfach.
The seminar is aimed at young researchers with a background in numerical analysis and partial differential equations. It will consist of interactive lectures, tutorials, and group work, covering topics such as time-dependent variational principles, nonlinear parametrizations (including neural networks and Gaussian wave packets), and time integration methods for evolutionary PDEs.
